Rose Marie (Pat) and Wil Schaefer 60th Wedding

Rose Marie (Pat) and Wil Schaefer 60th Wedding Anniversary The hallowed halls of Carroll College in Helena, Montana started the journey for these life travelers. They danced to Blueberry Hill, anything by Bill Haley & His Comets and You'll Never Walk Alone. Their nuptials were blessed at an afternoon wedding June 16, 1962, at St. Mary's Church in Helena. Children followed in short succession and all in different cities Greg in Cut Bank, MT Chris in Great Falls, MT and Tom in Eau Claire, WI. They continued to pick up life-long friends along their many stops that included Wisconsin, Illinois, Maryland and Ohio. With Beavercreek as their home since 1971, they lovingly raised their children and an organic garden. Dogs and rabbits too. Likely a turtle. At their home, guests find an enthusiastic welcome, homemade deliciousness, a game of bridge, pinochle or dominoes and an invitation to return. And if visits are in the Summer the best home grown tomatoes. Cucumbers too. Early family vacations visiting family in Montana and camping with neighborhood friends in Wisconsin created lasting memories and cemented the Schaefer love of travel. Continuing travels brought them to many countries and continents and often with the company of family and friends. Their greatest loves arrived in the early 2000's grandsons Cole, Luke, Dylan and Jake. These young men are the very best of Greg. We're grateful fate brought you together and that we're living this journey with you. We feel your love and will make sure you continue to feel ours. Greg, Chris & Tom Cole, Luke, Dylan & Jake
