You are hereby notified that in Case No. PA19-05-0069, on May 28, 2019 a Petition for Adoption of Minor, Hope lzabella Cranford, who was born on the 13th day of April, 2008, in Pensacola, Escambia County, Florida, was filed in the Butler County Probate Court, Randy T. Rogers, Judge presiding, at 101 High St., 2nd Floor, Hamilton, OH 45011 and that the hearing on said petition will be held before said Court on the 12'h day of December, 2019, at 10:00 AM. You are further notified that in Case No. PA 19-05-0070, on May 28, 2019 a Petition for Adoption of Minor, Dillon Bailey Cranford, who was born on the 13th day of April, 2008, in Pensacola, Escambia County, Florida, was filed in the Butler County Probate Court, Randy T. Rogers, Judge presiding, at 101 High St., 2nd Floor, Hamilton, OH 45011 and that the hearing on said petition will be held before said Court on the 12'h day of December, 2019, at 10:00 AM. You are further notified that in Case No. PA19-05-0071, on May 28, 2019 a Petition for Adoption of Minor, Savannah Lee Paige Davis, who was born on the 2?'h day of July, 2012, in Milton, Santa Rosa County, Florida, was filed in the Butler County Probate Court, Randy T. Rogers, Judge presiding, at 101 High St., 2nd Floor, Hamilton, OH 45011 and that the hearing on said petition will be held before said Court on the 12'h day of December, 2019, at 10:00 AM. It is alleged in each of said petitions that you, as parent of each said child, have failed without justifiable cause to provide more than de minimis contact with the minor for a period of at least one year immediately preceding the filing of the adoption petition or placement of the minor in the home of the petitioner. It is also alleged in each of said petitions that you, as parent of said child, have failed without justifiable cause to provide for the maintenance and support of the minor as required by law or judicial decree for a period of at least one year immediately preceding the filing of the adoption petition or placement of the minor in the home of the petitioner. It is further alleged in each of said petitions that it is in the best interest of said child that the adoption petition be granted. A FINAL DECREE OF ADOPTION, IF GRANTED, WILL RELIEVE YOU OF ALL PARENTAL RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO CONTACT THE MINOR, AND, EXCEPT WITH RESPECT TO A SPOUSE OF THE ADOPTION PETITIONER AND RELATIVES OF THAT SPOUSE, TERMINATE ALL LEGAL RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN THE MINOR AND YOU AND THE MINOR'S OTHER RELATIVES, SO THAT THE MINOR THEREAFTER IS A STRANGER TO YOU AND THE MINOR'S FORMER RELATIVES FOR ALL PURPOSES. IF YOU WISH TO CONTEST THE ADOPTION, YOU MUST FILE AN OBJECTION TO THE PETITION WITHIN FOURTEEN DAYS AFTER PROOF OF SERVICE OF NOTICE OF THE FILING OF THE PETITION AND OF THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING IS GIVEN TO YOU. IF YOU WISH TO CONTEST THE ADOPTION, YOU MUST ALSO APPEAR AT THE HEARING. A FINAL DECREE OF ADOPTION MAY BE ENTERED IF YOU FAIL TO FILE AN OBJECTION TO THE ADOPTION PETITION OR APPEAR AT THE HEARING.
