NOTICE OF FORFEITURE OF CONTRABAND AND/OR ABANDONED PROPERTY The following law enforcement agencies have in their possession the listed property which is sought to be forfeited through civil forfeiture proceedings filed or to be filed in the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court. Said property was either seized as contraband or is abandoned property that has gone unclaimed for a long period of time. Glock 17 Handgun and magazines, s/n BBRC706 Ammo, Samsung Laptop seized 9-4-2018 at 1351 Azalea Drive, Trotwood, Ohio from Darius Wilson. DAYTON POLICE DEPART U.S. Currency, Glock Firearm s/n MVV443 seized 8/29/2019, at 2412 Catalpa Drive, Dayton, Ohio from James Alston. Five Rivers MetroParks 2002 Chevrolet Trailblazer, VIN#1GNDT13S122528043 seized 10-15-2019 at 5722 Fisher Road, Huber Heights, Ohio from Jajuan A. Suddoth.
