ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Jefferson Township, Montgomery County, Ohio is requesting sealed bid proposals for the purchase of one (1) SCBA compressor, one (1) encapsulated twin chamber fill stations and four (4) SCBA cascade bottles until 09:00 A.M. EST on December 2, 2019 at the Jefferson Township Fire Administrative Office, 1 Business Park Drive, Dayton Ohio 45417. All bid packages will be opened and reviewed for accuracy and compliance one hour after that time. Once completed, the Fire Chief or his designee will make a formal recommendation to the Jefferson Township Board of Trustees, followed by notification to the successful bidder. Copies of the Invitation to Bid, specifications, proposal and contract forms are available at the Jefferson Township Fire Administrative Office, 1 Business Park Drive, Dayton, Ohio 45417 or can be found at the Township website (www.jeffersontwp.net) under the "Links" tab in "Forms". The proposals shall be made on the forms provided, or as indicated in the Invitation to Bid. *All proposals shall be sent via U.S. Postal Service, Federal Express, DHL or UPS. *No proposal will be accepted via walk-in or hand to hand delivery.
