Advertisement for Bids Notice is Hereby Given

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Notice is hereby given that Morgan Township will receive sealed bids for the Morgan Township Fire Station Low Voltage cabling installation and termination. Bids will be received at the Morgan Township Government Complex, 3141 Chapel Road #4, Okeana, Ohio 45053 until 3:00 PM local time on Friday April 3rd, 2020. The successful bidder shall provide performance and payment bonds, proof of insurance and licenses as specified. Plans, specifications, and bid forms may be obtained through the Morgan Township Fire Department at 513-717-0401. All costs associated with obtaining bidding documents are to be incurred by the bidder. Any qualified company or individual interested with questions shall submit formal inquiries, via email to, Asst. Chief Griffith at jgriffith@morgantwpfd.org or 513-717-0401. Answers will be provided as addenda to the documents. Morgan Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to let the contract as a whole or for any part, and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received. 3-14/2020
