Bids Requested Revised Joint City Pavement Marking Program

BIDS REQUESTED REVISED JOINT CITY PAVEMENT MARKING PROGRAM Miami Valley Communications Council (MVCC), a council of governments serving the south Dayton suburbs, is coordinating a joint bid for fourteen (14) Miami Valley cities for pavement marking (center and edge lines, stop bars, crosswalks and related work). Bids will be accepted by MVCC at their offices until 2 PM, Monday, April 3rd, 2023, at which time they will be opened, read and recorded. Bid awards will be made individually by each participating municipality, each of whom reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any formalities in the bidding process and to enter into a contract with the bidder who, in the City's opinion, offered the lowest and best bid.
