City of Oxford Request for Proposals The City of Oxford invites your firm's proposal for the Purchase and Development of City-Owned Property Known As: Western Knolls 47 Acres. Sealed proposals, clearly marked "Western Knolls 47 Acres" will be received by the City of Oxford, Ohio in the office of the Service Director, until Friday, August 28, 2020 at 10:00 am EST. A detailed Request for Proposals is available by visiting www.cityofoxford.org. The document can be downloaded, at the expense of the bidder, from the City of Oxford website: www.cityofoxord.org. Hard copies can be purchased at the City of Oxford Service Department for a non­refundable fee of $30.00. The City of Oxford reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any irregularities in a proposal, to hold any proposal sixty (60) days before accepting same and to accept that proposal which is deemed in the sole discretion of the City of Oxford to be the best proposal.
