City of Riverside REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Office Buildings Janitorial/Cleaning Service ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed bids for a qualified janitorial/cleaning service for two office buildings will be received by the City of Riverside, Ohio until February 27, 2020, 1:30 p.m. at which time bids will be publicly opened and read in the City Council Chambers. The service specifications shall consist of daily, weekly and monthly cleaning and maintenance of restrooms, common areas, business offices, trash removal, and sweeping. Proposal requirements, specifications and other related documents can be obtained at www.riversideoh.gov, or at the Riverside Administrative Offices, 5200 Springfield Street, Suite 100, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Include two copies of the bid documents in a sealed envelope and indicate on the center front: "Janitorial/Cleaning Services," business trade name, full name of the person or person(s) submitting the proposal, business address, email address and phone number.
