CONTRACT #20-14 TREE REMOVAL AND PRUNING FOR DEPARTMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURE CITY OF HAMILTON, OHIO Sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the City of Hamilton, One Renaissance Center, 345 High St., Suite 450, Hamilton, Ohio 45011, until two (2) o'clock P.M., Local Time, on the 6th day of April, 2020 at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the following: Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision, etc. required to remove trees and prune trees in certain areas of the City ahead of the City's resurfacing project. Copies of the bid documents may be view or obtained from the Purchasing Agent, One Renaissance Center, 345 High St., 4th Floor, Hamilton, Ohio 45011 during regular business hours, or by query at the City's web-site www.hamilton-city.org, click on "Services" then "Bids & Quotes", or directly at the Bid Express Website at: www.bidexpress.com. Registration with Bid Express is free and allows for the Bidder to review, download, and print all bid documents. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes, properly identified with the bidder's name, Contract number, bid opening date and a statement that it is a sealed bid covering the services for which the bid is¬ submitted. Bids shall be addressed to the Purchasing Agent, Hamilton Municipal Building, 345 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio, 45011. The City of Hamilton reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals received or to accept any proposal which is deemed most favorable to the City of Hamilton, Ohio.
