CONTRACT 23-20 FIRE ENGINE FOR THE CITY OF HAMILTON FIRE DEPARTMENT CITY OF HAMILTON, OHIO Sealed bids will be received and opened by the Purchasing Agent of the City of Hamilton at the One Renaissance Center, 345 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio, 45011, until two o'clock (2:00 ) pm, local time, on September 28th, 2023 at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for furnishing the following: All necessary labor, supervision, material, equipment, insurances, transportation, warranties, etc., in order to complete the Fire Engine in accordance with the Contract Documents. The electronic bids can only be submitted through Bid Express and must be electronically endorsed by the Bidder. Contract documents are available through the Bid Express Website at: www.bidexpress.com. Registration with Bid Express is free and allows for the Bidder to review, download, and print all contract documents. A digital ID along with a per bid fee of $45.00 or a $50.00 monthly subscription will be required for the Bidder to submit an electronic bid. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid (including all add alternates) or a certified check, cashier's check, or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid (including all add alternates), as described in the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days after the bid opening.
