ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS CONTRACT #23-02 LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE AND MOWING FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURE CITY OF HAMILTON, OHIO Sealed bids will be received and opened by the Purchasing Agent of the City of Hamilton at the One Renaissance Center, 345 High St., Hamilton, Ohio 45011, until two (2) o'clock P.M., Local Time, on the 8th day of February, 2023, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for furnishing the following: All necessary labor, supervision, material, equipment, insurances, etc. in order to perform landscape maintenance and mowing at various locations throughout Hamilton, Ohio. The Contract Documents, including Drawings and Project Specifications may be viewed or obtained online by query at https://www.hamilton-oh.gov/ click on City Services then Bids & Quotes, by query directly at www.bidexpress.com or by pick-up at the Hamilton Municipal Building, 345 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio 45011 during regular business hours. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid or a certified check, cashier's check, or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid as described in the instructions to bidders. No bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days of bid opening. The City reserves the right to waive any irregularities in bids, reject any and all responsive bids, and advertise again, or to accept any bid which may be deemed to advance the best interest of the City of Hamilton, Ohio.
