Invitation to Bid: Demolition and Site Preparation for the Downtown Springfield Townhome Redevelopment Project Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received in the Office of the Purchasing Agent, located on the fourth floor of City Hall, 76 E. High St., Springfield, Ohio, until 12:00 noon, local time, Friday, February 1, 2019. Said bid submitted shall comply strictly to the specifications and instructions to bidders prepared by the Director of Finance and now on file in the Office of the Purchasing Agent for use by the prospective bidders. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any defect in a bid which does not materially alter the contract documents.
