Legal Ad and Notice to Bidders RFP Contract

LEGAL AD AND NOTICE TO BIDDERS RFP CONTRACT NO. 19-07-MTR Sealed Proposals will be received at the office of the Clerk of Courts located at 315 High St., 5th Floor, ATTN: Justin Stapleton, Hamilton, OH 45011, until 4:00 p.m. EST on Friday, July 19th, 2019 for the lease of office space located in Butler County and reasonably located in the Middletown/Monroe area to be used for the Butler County Clerk of Courts' motor vehicle title branch office. Specifications may be obtained at the office of the Butler County Commissioners; by query at www.butlercountyohio.org/ commissioner Each bidder shall submit with proposal, a bid bond in satisfactory form in favor of the County in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the bid or a certified or cashier check on a solvent bank in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid. A performance bond may be required for the project. The bidder may provide a combination bid/performance bond, which is in statutory compliance with the Ohio Revised Code. Bidders are required to complete and submit with proposal ALL forms that are included with the specifications packet. Bidders are required to use the forms furnished by the County when submitting their proposal. The Board of Butler County Commissioners reserves the right to waive informalities, to reject any and all proposals, to accept the proposal which is in the best interest of the County as determined by the Board, and to hold proposals valid for sixty (60) days from the bid date. Proposals are to be SEALED and delivered to the office of the Clerk of Courts and each bid shall bear on its face the name and address of the bidder and shall be plainly marked "Bid on Contract No. Bid on Contract No. 19-07-MTR Middletown Title Office Lease of Space".
