LEGAL AD DEERFIELD REGIONAL STORM WATER DISTRICT 2022-06 Meadow Drive Drainage Improvements Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received at the administration office of Deerfield Township, 4900 Parkway Drive, Suite 150, Mason, Ohio 45040, until September 20th, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. local time. At said time, bids will be opened and read aloud for: 2022-06 Meadow Drive Drainage Improvements This will be according to specifications on file with the Deerfield Regional Storm Water District. It is the contractor's responsibility to ensure that current prevailing wage rates, rules, and regulations are followed on this project. The contractor is responsible for submitting certified payroll reports to the Deerfield Regional Storm Water District throughout this project. Starting Tuesday, September 5th, 2023 copies of the bidding documents may be picked up at: ARC 4219 Malsbary Road Cincinnati, OH 45242 The Deerfield Regional Storm Water District reserves the right to accept the lowest and best bid, to reject any and all bids, and to waive any irregularities in bids, which do not impair the bidding process. The Deerfield Regional Storm Water District also reserves the right to conduct all necessary inquiries and investigations to determine the lowest responsible bidder.
