LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT CONTRACT #20-04 Sealed bids will be received by the City Manager of the City of Lebanon, Ohio at the office of said Manager until 3:00 p. m. on the 31st day of January, 2020, for the City of Lebanon's, RAIL LINE TIE REPLACEMENT AND CROSSING UPGRADE PROGRAM. The City anticipates replacing 250 rail ties along a I-mile section of the City-owned rail line as well as installing a full depth rubberized crossing at Mechanic Street near South Street. Specifications and information for bidders may be obtained from the Auditor's Office, City Building, 50 S. Broadway Avenue and on the website at This work will consist of removing and replacing approximately 250 rail cross ties annually in a I-mile section of the 5-mile City owned rail line. Tie replacement requirements will be as identified by the City. The existing rail crossing at Mechanic Street will be upgraded per plan.
