LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT CONTRACT #22-39 345 High St Janitorial Services for Department of Finance City of Hamilton, Ohio Sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the City of Hamilton, One Renaissance Center, 345 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio 45011, for furnishing and delivering the following items, until two (2) o'clock PM Local Time on the 6th day of December, 2022, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the One Renaissance Center 1st Floor Lobby: 345 High St Janitorial Services A mandatory pre-bid meeting and walk through will be scheduled for Tuesday November 29th, 2022. The meeting will begin at 10 a.m. in the lobby of 345 High St. Copies of the bid documents may be viewed or obtained from the Purchasing Agent, citypurchasing@hamilton-oh.gov, or by query at the City's web-site www.hamilton-oh.gov, click on "Services" then "Bids & Quotes", or directly at the Bid Express Website at: www.bidexpress.com. Registration with Bid Express is free and allows for the Bidder to review, download, and print all bid documents.
