Proposals for the Online Payment System and Merchant Services, SO900037, shall be submitted to the Montgomery County Purchasing Department, 9th floor, County Administration Building, 451 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45422, no later than 1:30 p.m., Friday, December 20, 2019. Proposals shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope identified as SO900037 "Online Payment System and Merchant Services" and must have the full name and address of the proposer on the envelope.
