LEGAL NOTICE - ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS The City of Clayton is requesting proposals for its "2023 Westbrook Park Restroom Renovation CDBG Project." Clayton will receive sealed bid proposals until 9:00 a.m. on February 21, 2023. There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting at 9:00 a.m. on February 7, 2023, at the City of Clayton Government Building with a mandatory site visit at Westbrook Park, 800 Jean Dr., immediately following the pre-bid meeting.
