LEGAL NOTICE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Village of Ansonia, Darke County, Ohio is requesting sealed bid proposals for the purchase of Twenty-five {25) complete Structural Firefighting Ensembles, Twelve {12) complete Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus, and Thirteen {13) complete Face Pieces. All bid packages will be opened and reviewed for accuracy and compliance on Thursday, January 31, 2019 at 7:00 PM. Bids will be opened at the Village of Ansonia Administrative Office, 202 North Main Street Ansonia, Ohio 45303. Once completed, the Mayor will make a formal recommendation to the Village Council, followed by notification to the successful bidder. Copies of the Invitation to Bid, specifications, proposal and contract forms are available at the Village of Ansonia Administrative Office, 202 North Main Street Ansonia, Ohio 45303. The proposals shall be made on the forms provided in the Invitation to Bid. *All proposals shall be sent via U.S. Postal Service, Federal Express, DHL or UPS. *No proposal will be accepted via walk-in or hand to hand delivery. The Village of Ansonia reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals; to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received and to award the contract to the lowest and best bidder whose proposal is deemed most favorable to The Village of Ansonia. 12-29/2018, 1-5, 1-12/2019
