LEGAL NOTICE CMR RFQ Kettering City Schools (KCS) requests qualifications from CMR firms for a new career tech/alternative school at Fairmont High School and small classroom additions to two elementary schools (the Project). Services required include working with KCS and its design professionals for planning & design, preconstruction and at risk construction. Firms must be experienced in the CMR delivery method, including scheduling, cost estimating, constructability review, GMP and open book pricing, and have experience in public school construction; specific criteria are included in the RFQ. The Project is not part of a co-funded program overseen by the OFCC. As required by ORC 9.33, et seq., KCS requests qualifications from experienced CMR firms to provide CMR services for the Project. Submit the requested qualifications, together with the firm's experience and a statement of interest in the Project, to Mr. Lackey, 3750 Far Hills Dr, Kettering OH 45429, no later than 4 pm on Wednesday, January 30, 2019.
