LEGAL NOTICE Contract #23-14 South Water Plant Well Rehabilitation CITY OF HAMILTON, OHIO Electronic bids will be received through Bid Express by the City of Hamilton, Ohio ("Owner"), until 2:00 pm. local time, March 30th 2023 at which time bids will be opened publicly and read immediately thereafter at City of Hamilton Purchasing Division, 345 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio 45011 for furnishing of all necessary permits, labor, material, and services necessary for: Contract to rehabilitate the South well #10 and #17 wells and pumps. (the "Project"), as more fully described in the Contract Documents prepared by the City of Hamilton, OH. Bids will not be accepted after this time. Subject to the right of the Owner to reject any or all bids, the Owner will award contracts to the bidder(s) submitting the lowest and best responsible bid(s). In general, the improvements for which bids are requested will consist of the following: This project is to rehabilitate raw water production wells and pumps. The South Well Field #10 and South Well Field #17. Electrical motors that drive these pumps will not be included in this project. The electronic bids can only be submitted through Bid Express and must be electronically endorsed by the Bidder. Contract documents are available through the Bid Express Website at: www.bidexpress.com.
