LEGAL NOTICE INVITATION TO BID HUBER HEIGHTS CITY SCHOOLS MOWING, LAWN CARE, and MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT For HUBER HEIGHTS CITY SCHOOLS 5954 Longford Rd Huber Heights, Ohio 45424 Separate sealed bids for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the Huber Heights City Schools Mowing, Lawn Care, and Maintenance Agreement for Huber Heights City Schools as specified, will be received by the Director of Business Operations at Studebaker Administrative Office, 5954 Longford Road, Huber Heights, Ohio 45424 on April 01, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. (local time) and will be opened and read aloud at that time at the above address. A Pre-Bid Proposal Submission meeting for all interested contractors will be held at Titus Elementary School, 7450 Taylorsville Road, Huber Heights, Ohio 45424 on March 18, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. Bids may be mailed or delivered in person to the Studebaker Administrative Offices, at 5954 Longford Road, Huber Heights, Ohio 45424 on or before April 01, 2019. Bids received after 10:00 A.M. (local time) will be returned unopened. No bids received through FAX transmission will be accepted. Copies of bidding documents may be examined during regular business hours at the Operations Center, 7450 Taylorsville Road, Huber Heights, Ohio 45424. Qualified Bidders may obtain sets of bidding documents after March 12, 2019 on the Huber Heights City School's website, paper copy by visiting the Huber Heights City School's Operations Facility located at 7450 Taylorsville Road, Huber Heights, Ohio 45424, or by emailing the Huber Heights City School's Director of Business Operations, Gary Doll, at Gary.Doll@huberheightscityschools.org Subject line must state: Request for Information. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the bid opening. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject each and every bid, and to waive informalities and errors in bidding to the extent permitted by law. This includes the right to extend the date and time for receipts of bids.
