LEGAL NOTICE NO. 4 Electronic bids will be received through QuestCDN by the Director of Public Works of the City of Dayton, State of Ohio, until 12:00 Noon, EST, THURSDAY, MARCH 12, 2020 for the following improvement: CITYWIDE SIDEWALK REPAIRS DUE TO TORNADO DAMAGE (OPEN MARKET) (FEDERAL GRANT FUNDS) Prospective bidders must be on the plan holders list through QuestCDN for bids to be accepted. Bidding documents for this project may be examined online or downloaded at: www.questcdn.com. The QuestCDN eBidDoc Number for this project is 6717011. There is a non-refundable fee of $50 for each set of bidding documents. A pre-bid conference will be held at 11:00 o'clock a.m., EST, TUESDAY, MARCH 3, 2020 in the City Commission Chambers, located on the Second Floor of the City Hall, 101 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio. The purpose of the pre-bid conference is to explain that this bid is written in and must be conducted in accordance to 2 C.F.R.§200.318-§200.326 including Subpart D- Contract Award. Frederick M.
