Legal Notice Request for Proposal 2020-2021 Developer Services Springfield Metropolitan Housing Authority, Springfield, Ohio will receive proposals from qualified Developers to assist SMHA in the development of public housing and/or new mixed-income neighborhoods in accordance with the specifications outlined in the RFP. Proposals are due no later than 5:00 PM July 13, 2020 and shall be received at 101 W. High St Springfield, Ohio 45502. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly marked, Developer Services RFP 2020-021, or submitted electronically to procurement@smhaohio.org The RFP is available immediately and may requested electronically at procurement@smhaohio.org Additional requirements are included in the RFP packet.
