LEGAL NOTICE Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Oxford at the office of the Parks & Recreation Director, TRI Center, 6025 Fairfield Rd., Oxford, Ohio 45056, until 5:00 p.m. local time, Friday, March 22, 2019. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals; to waive any informalities in the bidding; and to enter into a contract with the bidder who, in their consideration, offered the lowest and best proposal. The City also reserves the right to hold all proposals for 60 days after the opening date, although not accepted or rejected. The work for which proposals are invited consists of the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment required for the Demolition of, and Removal of Debris From, the Former City Pool Facility, Pool House and Pump House. Contract documents may be obtained by visiting the City of Oxford web site at www.cityofoxford.org where they are available to download by prospective bidders. Each bidder must insure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex or national origin.
