Legal Notice Sealed Proposals Will Be Received By

LEGAL NOTICE Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Oxford at the office of the Service Director, City of Oxford Municipal Building, 15 S. College Ave., Oxford, Ohio 45056, until 11:00 a.m. local time, Thursday, December 22, 2022. The work for which proposals are invited consists of: Design and Surveying Services for Oxford Area Trail Phase V. The Request for Proposal document may be obtained from the City of Oxford website: www.cityofoxford.org. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals; to waive any informalities in the bidding; and to enter into a contract with the bidder who in their consideration offered the lowest and best proposal. The City also reserves the right to hold all proposals for 60 days after the opening date, although not accepted or rejected. Each submitter must insure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex or national origin and are required to follow all State of Ohio prevailing wage rate requirements.
