LEGAL NOTICE September 1, 2020 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS #2020-014 Architecture and Engineering Services for the Chestnut Street Multimodal Station & Shared Services Facility & City of Oxford Passenger Rail Platform Butler County Regional Transit Authority (BCRTA) and City of Oxford, Ohio are seeking proposals for the above-mentioned services. The scope of work is outlined in the Request for Proposals (RFP). The successful Proposer shall meet the terms and conditions set forth in this document and all other attachments. The solicitation, which includes the procurement schedule and preproposal conference information, may be obtained by downloading the document from BCRTA's website found at: https://www.butlercountyrta.com/ doing-business-with-us/solicitations/ All interested proposers must register as detailed in the solicitation. Acceptance of any proposal is subject to concurrence by the Ohio Department of Transportation and the United States Department of Transportation. Any contract resulting from these proposals is subject to financial assistance contract between BCRTA and the United States Department of Transportation and the Ohio Department of Transportation.
