Legal Notice to Bidders Date: January 9, 2020 To: Qualified Contractors RE: Request for Proposal Lane Library Technology Center Renovation Project Cost Estimate: $510,000.00 The Lane Libraries is releasing a request for proposal (RFP) to solicit sealed bids from qualified vendors who specialize in services to furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to demolish and renovate the interior and exterior spaces at The Lane Library Technology Center, Historic Journal News Building, 228 Court St., Hamilton, OH 45011. Specific details and bidding documents are available at the following website link or may be obtained from the Library. Sealed bids are to be received by Thursday, February 9, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. No bid shall be considered unless submitted in a sealed envelope with the contract title clearly marked. Immediately following, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
