NOTICE TO BID City of Riverside NUISANCE ABATEMENT SERVICES 5200 SPRINGFIELD STREET, Suite 100 RIVERSIDE, OHIO 45431 The City of Riverside is seeking proposals for Nuisance Abatement Services. Proposals must be received at the City of Riverside Administration Office before 12 PM on October 11, 2019. Information detailing the proposal requirements may be obtained from the Riverside Administration Office at 5200 Springfield St. Suite 100. Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope identified as "NUISANCE ABATEMENT SERVICES" and must have full name and address of the bidder on the envelope. Bidders may address inquiries to Tamara Ennist, Zoning Administrator at (937) 233-1801. No bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The City of Riverside reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities and to award the bid or bids to the lowest and best qualified bidder as deemed to be in the best interest of the City, and determined by the City Manager and/or City Council. 9-10, 9-17, 9-24, 10-1/2019
