Bids for the project will be publicly opened and read at that time. Proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope endorsed by the name of the bidder and marked "Kettering City Schools Emergency Communication Devices Bid Package 2" and addressed to the Treasurer of the Board of Education, Cary Furniss, 500 Lincoln Park Blvd., 3rd Floor, Kettering OH 45429. Proposals must be received at the Office of the Treasurer on or before the specified time. No proposals received through facsimile transmission or electronic media will be accepted.
