NOTICE TO BIDDERS Hithergreen Center Demolition and Site Restoration Sealed and signed bids will be accepted by the Centerville -Washington Park District (Washington Township Park District), until 2:00 PM, local time, on Thursday, June 6th, 2019, at 221 N. Main Street, Centerville, OH 45459, for all labor, material, and services necessary for the completion of the specified project. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened publicly after the bid deadline and read immediately thereafter. Contract Documents are available at Arc - Central Reprographics, for a fee to be determined by Arc - Central, phone: 1-937-277-7930 or online at Contact Nick Meyer at 937-433-5155 for bid information. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on site at 5900 Hithergreen Drive, Dayton, Ohio 45429 at 10:00 am on Tuesday, May 28th, 2019. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid (including all add alternates) or a certified check, cashier's check, or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid (including all add alternates), as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates do apply for this project. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. The Park District reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the responsibility of a bidder.
