Notice to Bidders Sealed Bids from Qualified Testing

NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed bids from qualified testing consultants/engineers will be received by the Oakwood City School District (the "District"), Attn: Todd Scott, Director of Operations, at the District's Main Office located at 20 Rubicon Road, Oakwood, Ohio 45409, until 2:00 PM local time, April 3, 2020, in connection with testing of concrete, structural steel and other materials related to the renovation of the 160,000 SF Junior and High School Buildings located at 1200 Far Hills Avenue, Oakwood, Ohio and referred to as the "Renovation Project". The bids will be opened and read aloud thereafter. Bidding documents may be obtained from the District's Main Office or via the District's website provided below. All questions should be submitted via email to Todd Scott at scott.todd@oakwoodschools.org. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive any informalities or irregularities in any bid received and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the responsibility of any bidder. No bid may be withdrawn after the opening of the bids. Any bid received after the above referenced time and date will be returned to the submitter unopened. This Notice to Bidders and bidding documents are also posted on the District's website in accordance with O.R.C.
