NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed bids will be received in the Montgomery County Purchasing Department, 9th floor County Administration Building, 451 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45422, until 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, September 18, 2019, for Project No. 130050-11, Dogwood Reservoir Rehabilitation, for the Montgomery County Environmental Services Department. Said Bids will be opened as soon thereafter as the opening can begin in Room 902, 9th floor of the County Administration Building. This project is for the rehabilitation of one 5,000,000 gallon, buried, two-chambered, concrete ground storage tank, "Dogwood Reservoir," in Kettering, Ohio. The work is to include the cleaning and removal of sediment and debris; partial depth concrete spall repair; concrete crack repair; cleaning and coating of exposed steel reinforcement; strip and seal system for interior concrete wall-to-floor interface; the cleaning and repair of the roof vents, interior piping, and valves and piping in the valve vault; and other miscellaneous repairs.
