Bidders may submit requests for consideration of a proposed substitution for a specified product, equipment or service to the Engineer no later than 10 days prior to the bid opening. Prevailing Wage rates and Equal Employment Opportunity requirements are applicable to this Project. Bids will be received for General Contract - $492,750.00. Bid Alternates will also be received for Alternate No. 1, Tunnel A - $50,000.00. Bids will be received until March 19, 2020 at 2:00 PM local time, when they will be opened and read aloud in Med Sciences Suite 111, Conference room 111c. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend a Pre-Bid meeting to be held on March 9, 2020 @ 10:00 AM at 3640 Colonel Glenn Hwy. Dayton, OH 45435, Med Sciences Suite 111 Conference room 111c, with a project site walk-thru to be held immediately after.
