NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed bids will be received by Wright State University, 3640 Colonel Glenn Highway, Medical Sciences Suite 115, Office 115H, Dayton, OH 45435, Attn: Chris Haring for Project No. WSU-170020, WSU Wellfield Remediation - in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared by Resource International, Inc., 6350 Presidential Gateway, Columbus, OH 43231, (614)-823-4949, Contact: Robert LaDuke, robertld@resourceinternational.com. Prevailing Wage rates and Equal Employment Opportunity requirements are applicable to this Project. Bids will be received for the Wellfield Remediation Contract including Bid Alternate No's 1 and 2 until July 20, 2020 at 2:00 PM local time, when they will be opened and read aloud in Medical Sciences Suite 115. The Engineer's Estimate for the Wellfield Remediation Contract is $762,189.00, Bid Alternate No. 1 is $53,000.00 and for Bid Alternate No. 2 is $42,861.00. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid meeting to be held on July 9, 2020 @ 10:00AM via a teleconference meeting, hosting service to be determined later.
