Notice to Bidders Sealed Bids Will Be Received

NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed bids will be received in the Montgomery County Purchasing Department, 9th floor County Administration Building, 451 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45422, until 1:30 p.m., August 31, 2022, for Project No. 130075-56, Truck Terminal Paving Project, for the Montgomery County Environmental Services Department. Said Bids will be opened as soon thereafter as the opening can begin in Room 902, 9th floor of the County Administration Building. The project includes construction of a concrete parking lot, with both excavation of existing material and laying of new concrete as specified for Montgomery County Environmental Services Solid Waste contract truck drivers to park their equipment. This project also includes repairs to the adjacent Cardington Road. Plans and Specifications are available by accessing the Montgomery County website at www.mcohio.org/onlinebids at no cost. The last day for questions will be August 19, 2022. ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE $2,500,000.00 All Bids shall include the Bid Submittal Documents as defined in the Instructions to Bidders in Specification Section 00100. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bond, Certified or Cashier's Check in accordance with Article 8 of the Instructions to Bidders. A Performance Bond will be required to replace the Bid Bond of the selected vendor(s). Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope identified as "Project No. 130075-56, Truck Terminal Paving Project" and must have full name and address of the Bidder on the envelope.
