Notice to Bidders: Sealed Proposals will be accepted by the Centerville-Washington Park District (Washington Township Park District), until 4:30 PM, local time, on Wednesday, April 1, 2020, at 221 N. Main Street, Centerville, OH 45459, for all labor, material, and services to perform Hardscape Maintenance and Repair, and all other work as may be necessary to complete the contract in accordance with the plans and specifications. Proposals received after this time will not be accepted. Contract Documents can be requested by contacting Grant George, Facility Supervisor at ggeorge@cwpd.org. Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates do not apply. The Park District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals; to waive any informalities in the bidding; and to enter into a contract with the bidder who in their consideration offered the lowest and best proposal.
