NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Ohio Department of Natural Resources, through the Division of Parks and Watercraft, pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of Section 1501.10 of the Ohio Revised Code proposes to lease for the operation of the Buck Creek State Park Marina, Clark County, Ohio. The lease will be for a term of approximately four (4) years from lease execution to December 31, 2024. Said lease may be renewed at the option of the Director for a period not to exceed four (4) years. The Division of Parks and Watercraft will provide the following: One marina building with areas for food service, merchandise sales and storage; one fuel service dock with one (1) gasoline storage tanks and (1) fuel dispenser; twenty-eight (26) dock spaces for rental boats and transient or guest dockage; public restrooms. The Concessionaire will furnish all other buildings, equipment, merchandise, materials, supplies, utilities, and labor necessary to operate the facility to approved standards during the season of operation and daily hours as defined in the lease specifications. It shall be the intent of the lease that the minimum season of operation be from May 1 to September 30. Sealed bid proposals will be received in the office of the Division of Parks and Watercraft until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, February 25, 2021. Bids will be publicly opened thereafter by the Chief or his authorized agent. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids. Bid proposal packages are available online at ohiodnr.gov.
