PUBLIC NOTICE Daybreak, Inc. Sealed Bids will be received by Daybreak, Inc. ("Owner"), until 1:00 pm local time, Thursday, March 5, 2020, at Daybreak located at 605 South Patterson Blvd., Dayton, Ohio. Sealed bids will be for a single prime contract for a 3,100 sq. ft. lower level interior buildout and installation of a new elevator at Daybreak's Opportunity Zone building, located at 701 South Patterson Blvd., Dayton, Ohio 45402. The architect is MODA4, 23 Wayne Avenue, Dayton, Ohio 45402. 888.686.6324. The MODA4 Project Lead is Carol Landing. 937.818.0538. The Architect's Opinion of Probable Construction Cost for the entire project is $588,000.00. Bidding documents are available for pickup at Daybreak, 605 South Patterson Blvd. Dayton, Ohio, 45402 and sealed bids are due back to the same address by Thursday, March 5, 2020. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Walk-throughs of the building site may be scheduled by contacting Dave LeFerve (Daybreak) 937.203.1620. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at 2:00 PM, local time, Friday, March 6, 2020 in Daybreak's Opportunity Zone Crescent Room located at 701 South Patterson, Blvd. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid (including all alternates); or a certified check, cashier's check, or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid (including all alternates), as described in the Instructions to Bidders. No bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days after the bid opening.
