REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES CONVERSION OF ARMY RESERVE TO SHELTER FOR HOMELESS SERVICES Notice is hereby given that SEALED PROPOSALS will be received in the Office of the Purchasing Agent, located on the fourth floor of City Hall, 76 E. High St., Springfield, Ohio, 45502 until 12:00 pm, local time, Friday, December 11th, 2020. Each segment of service and said proposal submitted shall comply strictly to the request for proposal (RFP) prepared by the Director of Finance and now on file in the Office of the Purchasing Agent for use by prospective bidders. This projects is being funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the CARES Act. This bid will be subject to all applicable Federal, State and local laws, regulations and rules.
