REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR DESIGN AND ENGINEERING SERVICES MOUNT JOY WATER LINE REPLACEMENT Notice is hereby given that SEALED PROPOSALS will be received in the Office of the Purchasing Agent, located on the fourth floor of City Hall, 76 E. High St., Springfield, Ohio, 45502 until 5:00 pm, local time, Wednesday, June 24, 2020. Each segment of service and said proposal submitted shall comply strictly to the request for proposal (RFP) prepared by the Director of Finance and now on file in the Office of the Purchasing Agent for use by prospective bidders. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any defect in a proposal which does not materially alter the contract documents.
