Request for Proposals (RFP) Design-Build Services for Grant Park Holes Creek Stabilization, Project No. 2022-0957 Centerville-Washington Park District (CWPD) is soliciting proposals for a Design-Build project to implement all aspects including, without limitation, design, engineering, permitting, construction, and post-construction site restoration for the Grant Park Holes Creek Stabilization project. All bidders must pre-register for the project by emailing the Project Manager, Nick Meyer, at nmeyer@cwpd.org. The email should include company contact information along with a link to company website. The RFP information will be sent out via email once the bidder is properly registered for the project. Final proposals in pdf format must be emailed to nmeyer@cwpd.org by 4 pm on Thursday, June 15, 2023. A pre-bid meeting will take place via zoom on June 1, 2023 at 2pm. A link to the pre-bid meeting will be sent to all companies who are pre-registered. Attendance is encouraged in order to fully understand the project scope, however it is not required in order to submit a proposal. Also, site visits can be scheduled with Mr. Meyer after the pre-bid meeting has concluded. All questions relating to this project are required to be submitted via email to the Project Manager, Nick Meyer. Answers will be provided to all parties who submitted notification of their intent to submit a proposal. Deadline to submit questions is 72 hours before submittal deadline. No Bidder may withdraw a bid submitted for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening of bids. 5-23,5-30/2023
