Request for Proposals. The Board of Trustees of Morgan Township, Ohio and the Morgan Township Fire Department are requesting proposals from qualified contractors for a new HVAC Heating & Cooling system to an existing Fire Station. The property known as "Station 141" located at 5654 Cincinnati Brookville Road in Okeana, Ohio 45053. The HVAC Heating & Cooling includes furnishing and installing new high efficiency propane furnace, with high efficiency air conditioner and indoor coil and refrigerant lines, new ductwork and registers, thermostat, and all necessary items for a complete installation.
