Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the Design of Three Fire Stations The City of Springfield, Ohio, will receive electronic Statement of Qualifications for the Design of Three Fire Stations until 12:00 pm local time, on September 2, 2022. There will be a MANDATORY meeting beginning at 10:00 AM, local time, August 16, 2022, located at City Hall, 76 E. High St., Springfield, OH 45502. The meeting will take place on the 2nd floor in the Gothard Room. The City will be using the Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) project delivery method. Through a separate procurement process, the City will select a general contractor who will participate in the design process. The RFQ is only available through Bid Express using the Bid Express Website at: https://www.bidexpress.com/businesses/56536/home. The electronic proposals can only be submitted through Bid Express. Free registration with Bid Express will allow a BIDDER to review and print all project plans. A digital ID will be required for the BIDDER to submit an electronic bid. The digital ID can be set up through Bid Express and may take up to seven (7) days to receive. Each segment of service and said statement of qualifications submitted shall comply strictly to the request for qualifications (RFQ) prepared by the City of Springfield. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any defect in a bid which does not materially alter the contract documents.
