SECTION I Advertisement for Request for Proposal and Statement of Qualifications #23-23 HPD Wellness Program for Department of Public Safety City of Hamilton, Ohio Sealed Proposals and Request for Qualifications will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the City of Hamilton, Ohio, One Renaissance Center, Finance Department, 345 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio 45011, until two (2) o'clock p.m., local time, on the 28th day of September, 2023. The City of Hamilton, Ohio, is requesting proposals and statements of qualifications from firms who offer a Wellness Program. It is the intention of the City to contract the services of a firm that at a minimum, will provide: Wellness Program and corresponding services. Copies of the "Request for Proposal and Statement of Qualifications" documents may be obtained from www.bidexpress.com and the Office of the Purchasing Agent, One Renaissance Center, 345 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio 45011. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals received or to accept any proposal which is deemed most favorable to the City of Hamilton, Ohio.
