West Chester Trade Center Road Improvements NP Rinck Farm, LLC is seeking proposals from qualified and licensed contractors interested in constructing a public road in West Chester Township. Scope of work includes, but not limited to; layout and staking, excavation, mechanical and/or chemical soil conditioning, grading, storm drainage system, aggregate subbase, concrete curbs, asphalt pavement, sidewalk, and landscaping. The roadway is within West Chester Trade Center industrial development located at the intersection of SR 747 and Union Center Boulevard. Work to commence by 4/15/19 and must be substantially complete by 6/14/19. Surface asphalt and striping to be installed as approved by Butler County. All work to be per Butler County specifications. Contractor to coordinate work with General Contractor working on adjacent buildings to maintain access for the site. All work on site must be State Prevailing Wage Rates. All reporting requirements per Butler County and West Chester Township to apply. A pre-bid meeting will be held on-site at the field construction office on 3/26/19 at 3:30pm. Bidders are encouraged, but not required to attend. Any questions or clarifications to be submitted by 4:00pm on 3/27/18. Responses will be distributed to all bidders who have accepted the invitation. Bids are due 4/1/19 at 4:00pm. Submissions will be accepted electronically.
