*AMENDED* Public Notice City of Kettering Public Hearing and Notice of Report Availability and Public Comment Period 2020 CDBG and HOME program The City of Kettering will hold a public meeting on the 2020 Program Year Annual Action Plan. The meeting will be held virtually on March 24, 2020 at 2:00pm. The total allocation of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Entitlement funds for the 2020 Program Year is $569,344 and $173,205 will be received from the City of Dayton/City of Kettering HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME) Consortium. The following activities have been selected to be included in the 2020 Annual Action Plan of the City of Kettering to be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development: *Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Loans & Grants *Fair Housing *Housing Counseling *Voluntary Relocation *Acquisition of Real Property *Maplecrest sanitary sewer project *Senior Resource Program for the elderly *Disposition of property *Economic Development Business Loans *Demolition of Blighted Property *Planning and Administration *Micro Enterprise Grant Program *Cheerhart Brownfield Clean up It is the policy of the City of Kettering to make all public meetings accessible.
