Cedar Cliff Local School District Proposed Tax Levy Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the of Cedar Cliff Local School District, passed, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the Primary Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 17TH day of March, 2020 the following question: Shall a levy substituting for an existing levy be imposed by the Cedar Cliff Local School District for the purpose of providing for the necessary requirements of the school district in the initial sum of $280,000, and a levy of taxes be made outside of the ten-mill limitation estimated by the county auditor to require 2.6 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.26 for each hundred dollars of valuation, for the initial year of the tax, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2020, first due in calendar year 2021, with the sum of such tax to increase if and as new land or real property improvements not previously taxed by the school district are added to its tax list?
