CITY OF FAIRFIELD LEGISLATION SUMMARY NO. 1-2019 Following is a summary of legislation adopted by the Fairfield City Council on January 14, 2019. Ord. 1-19 Contract with Vermont Systems, Inc. for the purchase of RecTrac Registration/POS Software to be used by the Parks and Recreation Department and declaring an emergency. Ord. 2-19 Agreement with Motorola Solutions for the purchase of new radios for the Police and Fire Departments and declaring an emergency. Ord. 3-19 Contract with Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. for the City of Fairfield LOMA Development Project and declaring an emergency. Ord. 4-19 Appropriation Ordinance (Contractual Items) $67,659 for Landscaping Maintenance Contract; $75,000 for Parks & Recreation Software Upgrade; $603,147 for Public Safety Radio Replacement.
