CITY OF FAIRFIELD LEGISLATION SUMMARY NO. 14-2019 Following is a summary of legislation adopted by the Fairfield City Council on September 9, 2019. A complete text may be viewed at the following Fairfield locations: Fairfield Municipal Building (Room 138), Fairfield Lane Public Library, Fairfield YMCA, Fairfield Community Arts Center, and the Wildwood Manor House. Res. 7-19: Accepting the Amounts and Rates as Determined by the Budget Commission and authorizing the necessary tax levies and certifying them to the County Auditor. Ord. 89-19: Execute and file an Ohio Public Works Commission (OPWC) grant application and agreement for purchase of the 5333 Pleasant Avenue Property and declaring an emergency. Ord. 90-19: Execute and file an Ohio Public Works Commission (OPWC) Grant Application and Agreement for 2020 Boymel Drive Improvement Project and declaring an emergency. Ord. 91-19: Execute and file an Ohio Public Works Commission (OPWC) Issue 1 Grant Application and Agreement for 2021 Street Improvement Project and declaring an emergency. Ord. 92-19: Contract with MKSK of Cincinnati for the engineering services needed to complete the design of Citywide Active Transportation Plan (Pedestrian Interconnectivity) and declaring an emergency. Ord. 93-19: Appropriation Ordinance - Supplemental Appropriations - Transfers of Monies Ord. 94-19: Appropriation Ordinance (Contractual Items) - $75,000 Citywide Active Transportation Plan. Ord. 95-19: Appropriation Ordinance (Non-Contractual Items) $25,000 purchase replacement banners; $7,480 concrete crack repairs; $4,555 Kay Drive Water Pumping Station Telemetry Upgrade; $22,069 Parking Lot Repairs at Firehouses; $32,249 purchase of Ford F-250 (Parks); $51,560 purchase of Ford F-350 (Public Works) (multiple vendors); $59,450 purchase of Ford F-350 (Parks) (multiple vendors); $5,995 Primary System Tank Repair at Wastewater Treatment Plant; $17,833 Water Tank Telemetry (Communications) Upgrades. 9-13/2019
